Our restaurant offers typical dishes of our culinary tradition and makes use of locally-produced wine, olive oil, meat and vegetables in season to enhance the dishes.

All produce is carefully selected as being genuine, fresh and of high quality. Our menu also includes the typical fish of our lake, the "coregone" always fresh and with a delicate taste, best accompanied by the delicious local wine Est Est Est.

You could also taste delicious sea fish dishes. During the summer season meals may be taken in the spacious garden with a view of Lake Bolsena.
